What is Kroongeheim?
Kroongeheim is a unique location full of adventurous and challenging activities. From Prison Island Veluwe to Glow Minigolf, E-chopping and MINI Cooper driving, there is something exciting for everyone!

Is Kroongeheim suitable for children's parties?
No, Kroongeheim is not suitable for children's parties. Our activities are aimed primarily at an older audience, and we do not offer specific packages for children's parties. Children are of course welcome to participate as part of a family outing accompanied by adults.
Activities
What is Prison Island?
Prison Island is an adventure challenge where you enter cells with your team to complete tasks and score points.
Is Prison Island an escape room?
No, Prison Island is more than an escape room. With 26 different cells full of challenges, you need teamwork, intelligence and physical skills to win.
How does the game work?
After a short briefing, you will receive an electronic key and form teams of 3-4 people. You enter the prison and complete challenges in the different cells. Each cell has a unique difficulty level and point distribution.
How long does a session at Prison Island Veluwe last?
You can choose 1, 1.5 or 2 hours of playing time. Most teams choose 1.5 hours.
From what age is participation in Prison Island possible?
Participation is available for ages 9 and up. Under 16 years of age, one adult per team is required.
How many people can play at Prison Island at a time?
A maximum of 60 people can play at the same time. You always play in teams of 3 or 4 people against each other. Prefer 2 people in a team? That's possible too, most cells can be played together. For larger groups we are happy to make a customized arrangement.
Can I participate in Prison Island if I am claustrophobic?
Yes, you can leave a cell at any time. The cells are spacious enough and not completely locked.
What is Glow Miniature Golf?
Glow Miniature Golf is a miniature golf experience in an atmospheric, glow-in-the-dark environment full of spectacular lighting effects and decorations.
How long does a round of Glow Mini Golf take?
On average, a game lasts about 1.5 hours, depending on group size.
Is Glow Miniature Golf suitable for children?
Yes, Glow Miniature Golf is fun for all ages. Children under 8 years old we recommend supervised play.
Can you play Prison Island with 2 people as well?
Yes, Prison Island is also fine to play with 2 people. You won't be able to enter all the cells, but you can enter about 80% of them. Some cells are more challenging with two players, but that makes the experience extra fun!
Reservation and payment
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can easily be made online through our website. For larger groups, a quotation can be requested. Telephone reservations are possible, but we charge a €4.50 reservation fee for this.
What payment methods are accepted?
Booking in advance (online) is mandatory. With your reservation you can pay with iDeal, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact/MisterCash (for Belgian guests) and GiroPay (for German guests). On site payment is only possible by pin, cash is not accepted.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If cancelled within 72 hours before the start, refunds or rescheduling is not possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early, especially on weekends and vacations. Last-minute bookings are possible through our website.
Location and facilities
Is there catering facilities available?
Yes, we have a cozy catering location where you can go for a drink or snack. For groups of 25 or more, we can also arrange a buffet or BBQ.
Are locker rooms and lockers available?
There are restrooms where you can change. In addition, lockers are available to safely store your belongings during the game.
Where can I park?
Ample free parking is available at our location.
Can I take pictures?
In the cells of Prison Island, photography is not allowed. In the other activities, it is. In addition, there are special photo spots in the general areas for fun memories!
Is there air conditioning available?
Yes, our venue is fully air-conditioned, so you can enjoy your visit comfortably even during hot days.

How long is a gift certificate valid?
The gift certificate is valid for 2 years from the time of payment.
